  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add italian 00 flour, dried yeast, water, olive oil, sugar and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Knead with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 30°C, Speed 1
  5. Remove the bowl from the machine and cover with a kitchen towel
  6. Prove - 1 hr
  7. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  8. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  9. Form loaves
  10. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  11. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  12. Cover with a kitchen towel
  13. Let rest - 30 min
  14. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  15. Place a heatproof container with water in the oven
  16. Bake - 10 min, 220°C
  17. Carefully score surface of both loaves with a sharp knife
  18. Bake - 10 min, 220°C
  19. Remove from oven and let cool
  20. Serve
