  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add beef, all purpose flour, salt and black pepper to a clean bowl
  4. Mix until combined

  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer beef to kCook bowl

  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Slice onion and carrot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Add garlic clove and butternut squash to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 4
  17. Then add canned chopped tomatoes, red wine, bay leaves, salt, black pepper, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, sugar and fresh thyme to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 hr 45 min, 98°C, speed 1
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice savoy cabbage into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Add cauliflower to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 15 min, 120°C, speed 1
  24. Serve
