Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add greek yogurt, mint, garlic clove, olive oil and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  9. Grate cucumber into a clean small bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Strain with sieve
  11. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - approx 5 sec, speed 12
  13. Serve
