Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 210°C
  2. Add whole milk and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted - 7 min, 60°C, Speed OFF
  4. Remove the bowl from the machine and set aside
  5. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  6. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  7. Add chorizo to the Food processor attachment
  8. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  9. Pulse for a few seconds
  10. Add all purpose flour, gruyère cheese, egg and salt & pepper to the Food processor attachment
  11. Pulse for a few seconds
  12. Pour milk mixture into Food processor attachment
  13. Blend until well combined - approx 20 sec
  14. Pour the mixture into a fluted Cannelé mould
  15. Bake then reduce heat - 10 min, 210°C
  16. Bake - 30 min, 180°C
  17. Remove from oven and let cool
  18. Serve
