  1. Attach Whisk
  2. Add egg white to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 4
  4. Add caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl while machine is running
  5. Transfer egg whites to medium bowl then set aside
  6. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  7. Attach Whisk
  8. Add all purpose flour, salt and baking powder to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Add egg yolk, vanilla bean seeds and whole milk to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  11. Return egg whites to Kenwood Bowl
  12. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 3
  13. Add butter to a clean frying pan
  14. Heat until melted - medium heat
  15. Transfer batter to frying pan bit by bit
  16. Cook each side until golden brown - approx 2 min, medium heat
  17. Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate and repeat with the rest of the batter
  18. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  19. Attach Whisk
  20. Add whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, lemon and icing sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  21. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  22. Spoon the cream on top of the pancakes
  23. Serve
