Step preview

  1. Attach Spiral Dough Tool
  2. Add water, dried yeast, all purpose flour, salt and olive oil to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until dough forms - 8 min, Speed 2
  5. Cover with kitchen towel
  6. Prove until doubled - 1 hr 30 min
  7. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  8. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  9. Turn the dough over so the seam is on the work surface
  10. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  11. Roll into balls
  12. Cover with kitchen towel
  13. Let rest - 10 min
  14. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  15. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf to heat
  16. Take one dough ball
  17. Roll out into an oval shape until 3mm thick
  18. Repeat the same with the remaining dough
  19. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  20. Bake - 10 min, 220°C
  21. Remove from oven
  22. Turn out onto cooling rack and let cool
  23. Serve
