Step preview

  1. Line a clean cake tin with parchment paper
  2. Add sunflower oil to a clean frying pan
  3. Heat in frying pan - medium heat
  4. Add onion to the frying pan
  5. Fry in frying pan until lightly browned then set aside
  6. Attach the Creaming Beater
  7. Add mozzarella cheese, baking powder, white wine, sunflower oil, green olives, cubed bacon, espelette pepper, black pepper and strong white bread flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Min
  10. Transfer batter to cake tin
  11. Bake - 1 hr 30 min, 180°C
  12. Serve
