  2. Add water to the kCook bowl
  3. Add salmon filet to the steamer tray
  4. Fit
  5. Steam and let cool - 20 min, 104°C
  6. Let cool
  7. Drain kCook bowl
  8. Add fresh cheese, lemon, smoked salmon, fresh chives and dijon mustard to the kCook bowl
  9. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  10. Add salt to the kCook bowl to taste
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  13. Transfer fish to kCook bowl
  14. Blend with filler cap fitted until combined - 10 sec, speed 8
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  16. Chill in fridge until set - approx 10 min
  17. Serve
