Combining ham and cheese, these are the savoury version of sweet madeleines.

Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add sunflower oil, single cream, baking powder, all purpose flour, egg and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add sliced ham to the kCook bowl
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate gruyère cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 4
  14. Grease and flour a clean madeleine pan
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to madeleine pan evenly
  16. Bake until light golden - 15 min, 200°C
  17. Let cool
  18. Serve
