Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add split peas and water to a clean medium bowl
  4. Soak - 1 hr
  5. Drain
  6. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  7. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  13. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  15. Transfer peas to kCook bowl
  16. Add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 45 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  19. Season to taste
  20. Serve
  21. Top with cooked ham
