Step preview

  1. Fit extra fine grating disc (1) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  6. Grate parmesan cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  7. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  8. Add butter and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  9. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  11. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 10
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  14. Roll into a ball
  15. Wrap with plastic wrap
  16. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  17. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  18. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  19. Cut out into rounds
  20. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  21. Transfer biscuits to baking sheet
  22. Bake - 20 min, 160°C
  23. Let cool onto cooling rack
  24. Serve
