Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 140°C, Stir 2
  6. Then add red onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, garlic clove, paprika, ground cumin and dried cilantro to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Attach the Stir Tool
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until softened - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add chicken, canned corn and canned mixed beans to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until cooked through - 5 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  11. Place flour tortilla on a clean work surface
  12. Spoon content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl into wraps
  13. Wrap around the filling
  14. Transfer wraps to baking dish
  15. Top with canned chopped tomatoes and cheddar cheese
  16. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  17. Serve
