Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice red onion, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Add garlic clove, paprika, ground cumin and dried cilantro to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Then add chicken, canned corn and canned mixed beans to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 4
  16. Place flour tortilla on a clean work surface
  17. Spoon content of kCook bowl into wraps
  18. Wrap around the filling
  19. Transfer wraps to baking dish
  20. Top with canned chopped tomatoes and cheddar cheese
  21. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  22. Serve
