Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Fit whisk tool to CookEasy+ bowl
  4. Fit CookEasy+ bowl to CookEasy+
  5. Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar, honey and salt to the CookEasy+ bowl
  6. Attach lid to CookEasy+ bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 10 min, 50°C
  8. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 50°C, speed 6
  9. Then add rolled oats to the CookEasy+ bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 20 sec, speed 6
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  12. Then add frozen raspberries to the CookEasy+ bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  14. Transfer mixture to square pan
  15. Smooth until level
  16. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  17. Remove from oven
  18. Let cool slightly
  19. Cut into squares
  20. Serve
