Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add potato and water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Cook with filler cap fitted - 30 min, 98°C, speed 1
  7. Drain
  8. Transfer the potatoes back into the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 8
  10. Transfer potatoes to bowl
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Add salmon filet, cod fillet and water to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 94°C, speed 1
  17. Drain
  18. Transfer the fish back into the kCook bowl
  19. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  20. Add lemon and fresh parsley to the kCook bowl
  21. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  22. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  24. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  25. Roll into logs
  26. Add all purpose flour to a clean medium bowl
  27. Add egg to a clean medium bowl
  28. Add breadcrumbs to a clean medium bowl
  29. Coat each fish sausage in flour, eggs and then breadcrumbs
  30. Transfer fish to baking tray
  31. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  32. Serve
