If you love coffee, you’re going to love this no-bake whipped coffee cheesecake. Rich with a super-strong coffee flavour, this dessert is easy and takes few ingredients. A perfect, creamy, and classical cheesecake base, you can’t choose a better sweet treat. This recipe serves 4-6 depending on the size of your dessert glasses and best eaten as soon as it has been made.

Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 7 min, 7
  4. Then add biscuits to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  6. Transfer mixture to dessert glass
  7. Press firmly then set aside
  8. Remove the EasyWarm Bowl from the machine
  9. Attach Whisk
  10. Add cream cheese, caster sugar and whipping cream to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Mix until smooth - 2 min, Speed Max
  12. Spoon cheese mixture into dessert glass
  13. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  14. Attach Whisk
  15. Add instant coffee, caster sugar and water to the Kenwood Bowl
  16. Mix until combined - 2 min, Speed Max
  17. Spoon mixture into dessert glass
  18. Dust with cocoa powder
  19. Serve
