Step preview

  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  3. Attach the Creaming Beater
  4. Add unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, honey and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 2 min, 60°C, Speed OFF
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until smooth - 2 min, 60°C, Stir 1
  8. Then add rolled oats to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  10. Then add frozen raspberries to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  12. Transfer mixture to square pan
  13. Level with a spatula
  14. Bake - 25 min, 200°C
  15. Remove and let cool
  16. Cut into squares
  17. Serve
