Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  4. Place blanched hazelnut on the baking tray
  5. Toast - 5 min, 180°C
  6. Remove from oven and let cool
  7. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  8. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  9. Transfer nuts to Food processor attachment
  10. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  11. Blend until smooth
  12. Transfer content of Food processor attachment to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Attach the K-Beater
  14. Add icing sugar, milk chocolate and olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  16. Cook with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 80°C, Speed Min
  17. Transfer mixture to square pan
  18. Smooth until level
  19. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  20. Cut into pieces
  21. Serve
