Step preview

  1. Grease and flour a clean baking tray
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add dried yeast and water to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  7. Then add olive oil, all purpose flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  9. Remove max blade from kCook bowl
  10. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr, 30°C
  11. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  12. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  13. Roll into a rectangle until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  14. Top with pesto and mozzarella cheese
  15. Roll into a log
  16. Slice into rounds
  17. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  18. Bake - 15 min, 220°C
  19. Remove from oven
  20. Let cool slightly
  21. Serve
