Step preview

  1. Attach Creaming beater
  2. Add butter to the EasyWarm Bowl
  3. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 2 min, 9
  4. Then add biscuits to the EasyWarm Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  6. Press mixture into mini dessert cup
  7. Chill in fridge until needed
  8. Attach Whisk
  9. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  10. Mix until smooth then scrape bowl - 2 min, Speed Max
  11. Then add raspberries to the Kenwood Bowl
  12. Mix until combined - 1 min, Speed Max
  13. Retrieve the mini dessert cups from the fridge
  14. Spoon cheese mixture into mini dessert cup
  15. Decorate with raspberries
  16. Serve
