These quick easy biscuits are lots of fun to make with children. Let them help shape and roll the biscuits in sprinkles but be careful it can get a little messy!

Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  6. Then add egg to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 7
  8. Then add cornflour, vanilla extract, milk and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Transfer dough to work surface
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - approx 20 min
  13. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  14. Transfer dough to work surface
  15. Roll into balls
  16. Add sprinkles to a clean small bowl
  17. Roll each dough ball in the sprinkles until coated
  18. Place dough balls on baking tray
  19. Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
  20. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  21. Remove the baking tray from the fridge
  22. Bake - 12 min, 180°C
  23. Remove from oven and let cool
  24. Serve
