Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix - 1 min, speed 6
  8. Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix - 1 min, speed 6
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to cupcake pan
  11. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  12. Remove and let cool
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add unsalted butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Mix - 1 min, speed 5
  19. Scrape bowl with a spatula
  20. Mix - 4 min, speed 7
  21. Transfer icing to bowl then set aside
  22. Clean kCook bowl
  23. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  24. Add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  25. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  26. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  27. Cook - 6 min, 50°C, speed 3
  28. Then add unsalted butter, whipping cream and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  29. Stir - 1 min, speed 5
  30. Let cool slightly
  31. Spoon some icing on top of the cakes to resemble ice cream scoops
  32. Spoon some of the chocolate sauce on the icing
  33. Top with glace cherries and sprinkles
  34. Serve
