Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add unsalted butter and golden caster sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix until combined - 3 min, Speed 5
  6. Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix until combined - 3 min, Speed 3
  8. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to cupcake pan
  9. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  10. Remove from oven and let cool
  11. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  12. Attach Creaming beater
  13. Add unsalted butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  14. Mix until combined - 2 min, Speed 2
  15. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula
  16. Mix until smooth - 4 min, Speed 4
  17. Transfer icing to bowl then set aside
  18. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  19. Mix with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 7, Speed 1
  20. Then add unsalted butter, whipping cream and caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  21. Stir with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 2
  22. Let cool slightly
  23. Spoon some icing onto the top of the cakes to resemble icecream scoops
  24. Spoon some chocolate sauce on the icing
  25. Top with glace cherries and sprinkles
  26. Serve
