Cupcake pan - 12 cup

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Line a clean cupcake pan with paper muffin cups then set aside
- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add butter and golden caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix - 1 min, speed 6
- Then add egg, all purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and milk to the kCook bowl
- Mix - 1 min, speed 6
- Spoon batter into cupcake pan
- Bake - 15 min, 180°C
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add butter, icing sugar, milk and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Mix - 1 min, speed 5
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula
- Mix - 4 min, speed 7
- Transfer mixture to piping bag
- Cut a small hole into each cupcake
- Slice the little piece of cake in half
- Top with strawberry jam
- Pipe icing onto cupcakes
- Place the small pieces of cake on top so that they resemble wings
- Serve
