  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg yolk, caster sugar, milk and vanilla seeds & pod to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 80°C, speed 5
  6. Remove the vanilla pod
  7. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 5
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ice cube tray
  10. Freeze - 16 hr
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Transfer ice cream to kCook bowl
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 8
  17. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  18. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 6
  19. Serve
