Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Flour a clean baking tray
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, butter and lemon to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix until smooth - 2 min, speed 9
  8. Then add whipping cream and lemonade to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix until combined - 30 sec, speed 5
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  11. Roll out 2.5 cm thick
  12. Cut out 5 cm rounds
  13. Place shaped dough on baking tray
  14. Brush with egg
  15. Bake - 18 min, 220°C
  16. Remove from oven and let cool
  17. Serve
