Step preview
- Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
- Attach Creaming beater
- Add butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 1
- Then add vanilla extract and egg to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
- Then add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 1
- Then add white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows to the Kenwood Bowl
- Mix with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed Min
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture
- Roll into a ball
- Place shaped dough on baking tray
- Repeat with the remaining dough
- Chill in fridge - 30 min
- Pre-heat oven - 190°C
- Retrieve the baking tray from the fridge
- Bake - 10 min, 190°C
- Serve
