Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg yolk, sugar and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  6. Add milk and cornstarch to a clean small bowl
  7. Mix until combined
  8. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  9. Add whipping cream and milk to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 1 min, speed 4
  11. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 95°C, speed 4
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to 4 ramekins
  13. Chill in fridge - 2 hr
  14. Serve
