Step preview

  1. Grease and line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add water and butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 30 sec, 100°C, Speed OFF
  6. Then add all purpose flour to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, 100°C, Speed 3
  8. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 1
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - 1 min, Speed 4
  10. Add egg to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl one by one while machine is running
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Max
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to piping bag
  14. Pipe mixture onto baking tray
  15. Dust with icing sugar
  16. Bake then reduce heat - 15 min, 180°C
  17. Bake - 10 min, 150°C
  18. Remove from oven and let cool
  19. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  20. Attach the Whisk
  21. Add whipping cream and icing sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  22. Mix with splashguard fitted until stiff - 1 min, Speed Max
  23. Transfer cream to piping bag then set aside
  24. Poke two holes on the bottom of each cooled eclairs
  25. Pipe cream onto pastry
  26. Refrigerate until needed
  27. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  28. Attach the Whisk
  29. Add whipping cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  30. Cook with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, 80°C, Speed 1
  31. Then add dark chocolate to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  32. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 1
  33. Remove the eclairs form the fridge
  34. Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to small bowl
  35. Dip pastry into chocolate mixture
  36. Place pastry on baking tray
  37. Repeat the same with the remaining pastry
  38. Place in fridge until set - 10 min
  39. Serve
