These easy tacos will satisfy your weeknight cravings for Mexican takeaway and can be on the table in under 20 minutes. Beef is spiced with chipotle, cumin, oregano and chilli powder, piled into soft tortillas and topped with tangy sour cream, avocado and jalapenos. If you like heat, use a hot chipotle paste for an extra kick.

  7. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until browned - 1 min, 130°C, Stir 2
  9. Then add chipotle paste, ground cumin, dried oregano, chili powder, salt and tomato paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until thickened - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  11. Heat a clean frying pan - medium heat
  12. Transfer flour tortilla to the frying pan
  13. Heat one by one until hot
  14. Transfer tortillas to plate
  15. Spoon beef into tortillas
  16. Top with avocado, jalapeño pepper and sour cream
  17. Serve with lime
