Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease a clean square pan
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar and muscovado sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix until combined - 3 min, Speed 2
  6. Then add egg and egg yolk to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix until smooth - 2 min, Speed 2
  8. Then add all purpose flour and baking soda to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix until combined - 1 min, Speed Min
  10. Then add milk chocolate chips to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  12. Transfer batter to square pan
  13. Level with a spatula
  14. Chill in fridge until needed
  15. Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  16. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 7, Speed 1
  17. Transfer chocolate mixture to bowl then set aside
  18. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  19. Attach Creaming beater
  20. Add egg, vanilla extract and golden caster sugar to the EasyWarm Bowl
  21. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 2 min, Speed 4
  22. Transfer chocolate mixture to EasyWarm Bowl
  23. Add cocoa powder and all purpose flour to the EasyWarm Bowl
  24. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 3 min, Speed 2
  25. Then add white chocolate chips to the EasyWarm Bowl
  26. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed 1
  27. Remove the square pan from the fridge
  28. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to square pan
  29. Bake - 1 hr, 180°C
  30. Remove from oven and let cool
  31. Cut into squares
  32. Serve
