Step preview

  1. Add egg and water to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  2. Cook with splashguard fitted - 15 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  3. Add water to a clean medium bowl
  4. Transfer eggs to medium bowl
  5. Let cool - 15 min
  6. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  7. Fit the Knife blade to the machine
  8. Add dijon mustard, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to the Food processor attachment
  9. Peel the eggs
  10. Transfer eggs to Food processor attachment
  11. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  12. Mix briefly until combined
  13. Serve with watercress
