Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Add hazelnuts to the baking tray
  4. Toast - 5 min, 180°C
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool
  6. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  7. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  8. Transfer nuts to Food processor attachment
  9. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  10. Blend until smooth
  11. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  12. Leave the hazelnut paste in the Food Processor bowl
  13. Attach the K-Beater
  14. Add dark chocolate, milk and caster sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  16. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 5 min, 80°C, Speed Min
  17. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  18. Transfer chocolate mixture to Food processor attachment
  19. Add butter to the Food processor attachment
  20. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  21. Mix until combined
  22. Divide mixture between 3 jars
  23. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  24. Serve
