These delicious and easy-to-make spicy pork skewers are cooked in the oven after being marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce. Alternatively, you can cook these on the grill or griddle until the pork is fully cooked. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes to prevent them from burning. Step preview

  1. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  2. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  3. Add garlic clove, red chili, lime, light brown sugar, ginger and soy sauce to the Food processor attachment
  4. Attach the lid and ensure it is locked into place
  5. Mix until smooth
  6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and set aside
  7. Add pineapple and pork loin to a clean medium bowl
  8. Pour half of marinade into medium bowl
  9. Mix until coated
  10. Cover with plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  12. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  13. Grease and line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  14. Remove the bowl from the fridge
  15. Thread the pork and pineapple chunks onto the skewers
  16. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  17. Remove from oven
  18. Let rest - 5 min
  19. Attach the Creaming Beater
  20. Transfer the rest of marinade to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  21. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  22. Cook with splashguard fitted - 5 min, 105°C, Speed 1
  23. Serve
