Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan
  3. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  4. Add butter and coconut sugar to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  8. Then add smooth peanut butter, egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to cupcake pan
  11. Bake - 18 min, 180°C
  12. Remove from oven and let cool
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  15. Add cream cheese, smooth peanut butter and honey to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 8
  19. Cut a small hole in each cupcake
  20. Top with raspberries
  21. Spoon the icing on top and smooth the surface
  22. Decorate with raspberries and dark chocolate
  23. Serve
