Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean cupcake pan
  3. Attach Creaming beater
  4. Add butter and coconut sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  6. Then add smooth peanut butter, egg, all purpose flour, baking powder and milk to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 1
  8. Spoon batter into cupcake pan
  9. Bake - 18 min, 180°C
  10. Remove from oven and let cool
  11. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  12. Attach Creaming beater
  13. Add cream cheese, smooth peanut butter and honey to the Kenwood Bowl
  14. Mix with splashguard fitted - 4 min, Speed 4
  15. Cut a small hole into each cupcake
  16. Top with raspberries
  17. Spoon the icing on top and smooth the surface
  18. Decorate with raspberries and dark chocolate
  19. Serve
