Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add aquafaba to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 9
  8. Add coconut sugar to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
  10. Then add coconut milk, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon and almonds to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 4
  12. Pour batter into square pan
  13. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  14. Remove from oven and let cool
  15. Cut into squares
  16. Serve
