This recipe transforms a popular Tex-Mex snack into an equally delicious vegan version, loaded with plant-based cheese for a spicy, crispy mouthful that everyone can enjoy. As is often the case with any jalapeño popper, resist the urge to take a bite immediately after frying to avoid molten cheese-induced burns to your mouth!
