Step preview

  1. Grease and line a clean rectangular pan with parchment paper
  2. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter and dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 60°C, speed 4
  8. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  9. Then add egg, coconut sugar, coconut flour and frozen cherries to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  11. Pour batter into rectangular pan
  12. Bake - 25 min, 170°C
  13. Remove from oven
  14. Let cool slightly
  15. Turn out onto cooling rack until completely cool
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 1 min, 60°C, speed 4
  22. Then add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  23. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 4
  24. Let cool slightly
  25. Spread cake with chocolate mixture
  26. Leave until set
  27. Cut into squares
  28. Serve
