This banana bread uses the natural sweetness the bananas with a touch of honey instead of sugar. Make sure to taste the fruit before baking, you can adjust the amount of honey. Use very ripe bananas for more sweetness.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease and line a clean loaf pan (450g) with parchment paper
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add banana, olive oil, rolled oats, milk, egg, baking powder, macadamia nuts, nutmeg, all purpose flour, vanilla extract and honey to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 2
  6. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to loaf pan (450g)
  7. Add banana to the loaf pan (450g) and press down
  8. Bake - 55 min, 160°C
  9. Remove from oven and let cool
  10. Serve
