Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add whole wheat flour, cornstarch, coconut sugar, unsalted butter and egg to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Knead until elastic
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  12. Add dates, orange, orange juice, frozen cherries and maple syrup to the kCook bowl
  13. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 4
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to bowl then set aside
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  19. Add oats, whole wheat flour, vanilla extract, hazelnuts, coconut sugar and coconut oil to the kCook bowl
  20. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Blend with filler cap fitted then set aside - 15 sec, speed 10
  23. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  24. Remove the chilled pastry from the fridge
  25. Transfer pastry to lightly floured surface
  26. Roll out until 1/8" (5mm) thick
  27. Transfer pastry to tart tin
  28. Line with parchment paper
  29. Fill the pastry with baking beans
  30. Bake - 20 min, 180°C
  31. Remove from oven
  32. Remove the parchment paper and baking beans
  33. Brush with egg
  34. Bake - 5 min, 180°C
  35. Transfer fruit to pastry
  36. Scatter the crumble mixture on top
  37. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  38. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
  39. Remove from oven and let cool
  40. Serve
