This pudding is great for after dinner. It uses the natural sweetness of dates instead of sugar, to reduce the sugar further use a higher percentage chocolate.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Add dates and water to a clean jug and cover
  3. Let rest - 10 min
  4. Drain
  5. Chop coarsely
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Transfer soaked fruit to kCook bowl
  8. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add all purpose flour, ground almonds, cacao powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, coconut oil, dark chocolate chips, egg and buttermilk to the kCook bowl
  10. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 6
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  13. Bake - 55 min, 180°C
  14. Remove from oven and let cool
  15. Clean kCook bowl
  16. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  17. Add almond butter, maple syrup, sea salt, water and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  20. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  21. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking dish
  22. Serve
