This slightly spicy breakfast dish is great with crusty bread. If you like more spice add some more cayenne or try adding cooked spicy sausage with the spinach.

Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  4. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  5. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min, 140°C, speed 3
  9. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  10. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  11. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Then add garlic clove and green chili to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  16. Then add canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, red bell pepper, brown sugar, zucchini, fresh basil leaves, cayenne pepper and cooked ham to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  18. Then add spinach to the kCook bowl
  19. Stir with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 5
  20. Transfer mixture to baking dish
  21. Make 4 indentations in the sauce
  22. Add egg to the baking dish
  23. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  24. Serve
