Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add water, milk, quick-rise yeast, strong white bread flour, plain yogurt, salt and unsalted butter to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Knead with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed Min
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - 9 min, Speed 1
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Divide the dough into 9 equal pieces
  8. Roll the dough into balls
  9. Stretch out each ball and shape into a circle
  10. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  11. Cover with kitchen towel
  12. Place in a warm draught free place
  13. Prove - 1 hr
  14. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  15. Transfer the baking tray in the oven
  16. Bake - 10 min, 180°C
  17. Remove from oven
  18. Brush with salted butter
  19. Serve
