  15. Heat with splashguard fitted until boiling - 2 min, 110°C, Stir 4
  16. Let rest – 35 min
  17. Strain into a heatproof bowl and set aside
  18. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  19. Add the ingredient into the appliance bowl
  20. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 180°C, Stir 3
  21. Then add the ingredient
  22. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 180°C, Stir 3
  23. Then add the ingredient and set aside
  24. Assemble the Food Processor attachment to the machine
  25. Fit the knife blade to the Food Processor bowl
  26. Transfer the cooked meat, infused cream, and the rest of the ingredients into the Food Processor bowl
  27. Pre-heat an oven 180°C
  28. Bake the vegetable crumble – 20 min, 180°C
  29. Cut the meat into thin slices
  30. Flatten them between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper by tapping them with a weight
  31. Arrange the flattened pieces on plastic wrap
  32. Top with the ingredient
  33. Place the filling in the middle of the sliced meat, then top with the ingredient
  34. Roll the ballotine up tightly in the plastic wrap and tie knots on both sides to keep it airtight
  35. Clean the appliance bowl
  36. Add water into the appliance bowl
  37. Place the ballotine onto the Steam Basket
  38. Attach the Steam Basket
  39. Steam - 15 min, 110°C
  40. Serve the ballotine with the crumble
