These eggs are cooked at a low temperature. Crostini are an Italian appetiser consisting of small slices of grilled or toasted bread and toppings. Toast the bread before making the crostini, to be served with sliced ​​avocado and a soft yolk egg. To have a firmer egg white, dip the eggs after cooking in boiling water for 30 seconds.
