These eggs are cooked at a low temperature. Crostini are an Italian appetiser consisting of small slices of grilled or toasted bread and toppings. Toast the bread before making the crostini, to be served with sliced avocado and a soft yolk egg. To have a firmer egg white, dip the eggs after cooking in boiling water for 30 seconds.
