  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg, ricotta cheese, italian 00 flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, lemon zest and fine salt to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 10
  6. Add peanut oil to a clean frying pan
  7. Heat in frying pan
  8. Drop about 1 Tablespoon of the batter
  9. Fry each side in frying pan until golden brown
  10. Serve immediately
