Step preview

  1. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  2. Add granulated sugar and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 180°C
  6. Divide caramel between 8 ramekins
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add granulated sugar and egg to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  13. Then add whipping cream, whole milk, rum and vanilla bean to the kCook bowl
  14. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  15. Strain mixture into jug
  16. Divide mixture between 8 ramekins
  17. Pre-heat oven - 150°C
  18. Add water to a clean baking dish
  19. Carefully place the ramekins into the baking tray spaced apart
  20. Bake ramekins - 30 min, 150°C
  21. Remove the ramekins from the water and let cool to room temperature
  22. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  23. Turn out ramekins onto serving plates
  24. Serve
