I used chopped pineapple purchased in a supermarket. If you use fresh pineapple, cut it in 1 cm cubes and freeze for 12 hours before use. Also use liquid honey. User generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

  11. Scrape the sides of the bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to plastic container
  14. Serve
