Step preview

  1. Attach the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Knead - 10 min, speed 1
  4. Then add the ingredient bit by bit while the machine is running - 10 min, speed 1
  5. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge overnight
  7. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper, and set aside
  8. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  9. Add the ingredient into the attachment
  10. Pulse until coarsely chopped
  11. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside
  12. Reattach the Food Processor attachment with the blade
  13. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  14. Blend until smooth
  15. Remove the attachment from the machine and set aside
  16. Retrieve the chilled dough and turn out onto a lightly floured work surface
  17. Roll out into a large 40 x 50cm rectangle
  18. Spread the romesco sauce evenly over the dough
  19. Sprinkle the chopped olives and the cheese
  20. Roll tightly into a log
  21. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place into the lined baking dish
  22. Cover with plastic wrap and let prove until doubled in size – 1 hr
  23. Pre-heat an oven 160°C
  24. Retrieve the rolls and remove the plastic wrap
  25. Bake until golden brown – 30-35 min, 160°C
  26. Remove from the oven and let cool
  27. Brush with butter and garnish
  28. Serve
